The coaching process

Clarity call

We start with a 30-minute conversation to understand your situation, what you are carrying, and whether life coaching is the right container for what you need. No obligation.

Deep intake

Before our first session, you complete a comprehensive intake process designed to surface the full picture — history, patterns, beliefs, relationships, and what you want to build instead.

Regular 1:1 sessions

We meet consistently — usually every 1–2 weeks — for sessions that combine real conversation, structured reflection, and practical tools. The pace is yours. The depth is real.

Integration between sessions

The work does not stop when the call ends. You receive reflection prompts, exercises, and occasionally reading or resources calibrated to what is active for you that week.

Before you apply

Therapy typically addresses diagnosis, trauma processing, and clinical treatment — and is often retrospective in focus. Coaching is forward-focused, working from where you are now toward where you want to go. Claire's coaching integrates deep personal understanding and may touch on past patterns — but it is not a clinical or therapeutic service. If you are in crisis or require clinical support, please seek a qualified therapist or counsellor.

Meaningful life change is not a quick fix. Most clients work with Claire for a minimum of three months, with many continuing for six to twelve months or longer. The commitment reflects the depth of the work — not a sales tactic. You are in control of the engagement and can step back or pause with reasonable notice.

Claire holds a holistic and spiritual worldview, and this is woven into her coaching at a values level — but the work is not prescriptive, religious, or attached to any specific tradition. She works with clients of all faiths, backgrounds, and worldviews. If you are spiritually inclined, that dimension is available. If you are not, it does not impose itself.

Yes — and for many clients this is actually the most powerful combination. Life and business are rarely as separate as people assume. Claire's advisory programmes explicitly integrate both, and 1:1 coaching can evolve to include whichever dimensions are most relevant as you progress.

All sessions are conducted via video call, making this accessible from anywhere in the world. Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes. Frequency is agreed at the start of engagement and adjusted as needed — usually weekly or fortnightly depending on your pace and the depth of work in progress.
