1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FreedomHub website (freedomhub.io) and any services provided by FreedomHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

FreedomHub is a trading name of K2019116094, a registered South African business operated by Claire Boshoff.

2. Services

FreedomHub provides the following services:

  • AI Automation Agency: Custom AI systems, business automation, and technology solutions
  • Business Coaching: One-on-one and group coaching for founders and leaders
  • Life Coaching: Personal transformation and holistic development
  • Courses and Programmes: Online learning experiences including Manifest Freedom, Freedom by Design, and the AI Freedom Accelerator
  • FreedomOS: AI-powered business operating system
  • Advisory: Strategic consulting for businesses

Services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payments

Consultations: Free discovery calls can be booked through our online calendar. Paid sessions are invoiced and must be paid before the session unless otherwise agreed.

Courses and Programmes: Payment is required at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.

Agency Services: Custom projects are scoped and quoted individually. A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on completion.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via PayPal and direct bank transfer (EFT for South African clients).

4. Refund Policy

Coaching and Advisory: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows are non-refundable.

Courses: A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course material has been accessed. After 7 days or 20% access, no refund is available.

Agency Projects: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for the balance are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, videos, code, and design — is the property of FreedomHub or its content creators and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them (websites, automations, reports). FreedomHub retains the right to use anonymised examples in our portfolio.

6. User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Not share login credentials for courses or portals with third parties
  • Respect the confidentiality of information shared during coaching sessions

7. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching and advisory services provided by FreedomHub are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Claire Boshoff is a certified coach, not a licensed therapist, doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser.

Results from coaching vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

  • FreedomHub provides its website and services "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

9. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during coaching sessions, business consultations, and client projects as confidential. We will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Clients also agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary FreedomHub methodologies, systems, and tools shared during service delivery.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing these links is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these terms. Either party may terminate a coaching or advisory engagement with 14 days' written notice, subject to the refund policy above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
