The real situation

The business works. But it works because of you — and that is the problem.

Every significant decision routes through you — even the ones you have answered a hundred times before.

Taking time off creates a backlog. Switching off creates anxiety. Real rest has not happened in a long time.

Revenue grows and so does the complexity — but the margin and the freedom do not seem to grow with it.

You have team, or contractors, or support — and still feel like you are doing everything yourself.

The business model made sense at the beginning, but you have outgrown it and do not know how to redesign it.

The energy to push harder is not there — but neither is a clear picture of what to change to make it sustainable.

What we work on

The six focus areas of business coaching

Business coaching with Claire addresses the structural causes of founder dependency, not just the symptoms.

Business model design

Redesigning the offer structure, revenue model, and service architecture so the business is both sustainable and scalable.

Team and delegation

Building the team structures, communication rhythms, and accountability systems that let people operate without constant founder input.

Systems and processes

Documenting and standardising the operations that currently live in the founder's head — so the business can run consistently without them.

Revenue and profitability

Pricing strategy, offer architecture, client mix, and financial clarity — building a business that is not just generating revenue but actually profitable and free.

Client journey and delivery

The end-to-end client experience from first contact to ongoing relationship — designed to be excellent, repeatable, and not dependent on heroics.

Strategic direction

Clarity on where the business is going, what success actually looks like, and how to make decisions that build toward that — rather than just responding to what is in front of you.

What changes

The results of building it right

01

A business that runs without you

Not because you stepped away — but because you designed it to operate independently of your daily presence.

02

Decisions you only make once

Frameworks, systems, and a team that can make the right calls without bringing every question back to you.

03

Revenue that reflects value, not hours

Pricing and models built around transformation and outcomes — not your time. The revenue ceiling lifts.

04

Actual time off

Not theoretical time off. Real disconnection, real recovery, real presence elsewhere — without the business suffering.

"Claire is a magician when it comes to positive change and calling out the gold inside of you. She expertly knows how to ask challenging questions so that you can overcome your obstacles to whatever life success you're dreaming for. I don't have enough words on how highly I recommend her."

Dr. Francois du Toit
Coaching Client

"Claire does not separate the person from the business — she holds both at the same time and knows which one is actually driving the situation. That is rare, and it is the reason the work actually sticks."

Questions

Before you apply

Business coaching with Claire is most valuable for founders who have already validated their model — who have clients, revenue, and a team of some kind — and are navigating the transition from founder-dependent to founder-independent. If you are still in the early validation stage, a clarity call will help identify the right support for where you are.

Business coaching is 1:1, ongoing, and focused on working through your specific situation in depth over time. Advisory is a higher-level, more intensive engagement — typically for founders at a more advanced stage who want strategic input, accountability, and a thinking partner on major decisions. Both are available. The clarity call will help identify which fits.

Meaningful structural change in a business takes time. Most clients engage for a minimum of three months, with many continuing for six months to a year. The right duration depends on the scope of what needs to change and how quickly you want to move through it.

Both. Claire does not separate the two — because they are not separate. The structural work and the inner work inform each other. If a business belief is limiting a structural decision, or a fear is preventing a necessary change, that is part of the coaching. The business coaching container holds both dimensions.
